ONLINE RETURNS – EUROPE

In the event of a return, you can choose how to receive your refund. If you select the CONTIGO VOUCHER, the amount corresponding to the value of the purchased item(s) will be sent to you via email and/or credited to your personal profile. You can use the VOUCHER on the website https://en.contigo.it whenever and however you wish, with no expiration date and no limits.

If you choose to receive the refund using the SAME PAYMENT METHOD AS THE PURCHASE, the amount for the product will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

*** The returned item must not show signs of wear and must not have been used; after assessing the condition of the item, we will inform you if you are eligible for a refund.

ONLINE RETURNS – SWITZERLAND AND UNITED KINGDOM

In the event of a return, you can choose how to receive your refund. Through a CONTIGO VOUCHER, the amount corresponding to the value of the item(s) purchased will be sent to you via email and/or credited to your personal profile, net of the customs fees incurred for the return. You can use the VOUCHER on the website https://en.contigo.it whenever and however you wish, with no expiration date and no limits.

If you prefer a refund using the SAME PAYMENT METHOD AS THE PURCHASE, the amount for the product will be refunded using the same payment method as the purchase, net of the customs fees incurred for the return.

Contact us at contigo@contigo.it to receive the necessary documents for customs clearance and let us know whether you prefer to receive the CONTIGO VOUCHER or the REFUND.

ONLINE RETURNS – ITALY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN STORE

It’s simple and FREE: just go to any Contigo store in Italy and show the email confirming your purchase.

CHANGE with any Contigo product or RETURN at no extra cost.
You will be reimbursed the full amount you spent via the payment method used to make the purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE ONLINE

Fill in the form and within 24/48 working hours you will be contacted by e-mail to define all the details.

CHANGE the size and colour or replace the product you purchased with any item in our online shop, completely free of charge.

Or RETURN a product you do not like. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase and 6 € will be deducted for shipping costs.
